Table MassageJessica's table massage incorporates Swedish, deep tissue, and Chinese medicine's tui-na in order to provide a tailored and holistic approach. The table is draped with fresh sheets and a blanket for cleanliness and comfortability. (Recommended 60-90 min) Thai Massage Thai Massage, or Nuad Boran is a clothed massage performed on a mat on the ground. Thai massage incorporates yoga like stretching, rotations, and pressure giving meditative and restorative effects. (Recommended 90-120 minutes) Shiatsu Shiatsu is also a clothed massage performed on a mat. Shiatsu is Japanese for "finger pressure". This technique follows the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and 5 element theory using stretches a pressure in order to help the body find balance. Reflexology Reflexology is based on the idea that there are reflex zones on the foot, hand, or ear, that correspond to every part of the body. Reflexology uses thumb pressure on the foot (hand or ear) to help to restore flow throughout the body. |
